Muse Megan (and Muse Coleen)

During the holidays, I'm usually a paper whites or amaryllis girl, but a few weeks ago Coleen Rider of Coleen & Company sent me a gorgeous card styled with lush red roses and chinoiserie. So I was in the mood for dark roses.

Talented designer, mom, and newly engaged Megan, of Beach Bungalow 8, deserves credit for this little silver Chinese elephant. She spied it on eBay and took time out of her high-octane wedding planning to share. It's not a museum piece, but it's fun and so me. Now I think of Megan when I look at it.
